ALLIANCE, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University men's tennis team fell in an Ohio Athletic Conference match to the University of Mount Union, 6-3, on the Whitehill Tennis Courts.
BW (15-4, 3-3 OAC) was led by the combination of senior three-time All-OAC and two-time Academic All-OAC Dominic Polifrone (Hudson) and senior two-time Academic All-OAC and All-OAC Matt Harris (Akron/Revere), as they secured No. 1 Doubles, 8-3.
In singles action, Harris took the No. 2 singles with scores of 7-5 and 6-1. Sophomore Michael Benotti (Pittsford, N.Y./Pittsford Mendon) secured No. 4 singles with scores of 6-1 and 6-0.
BW will end its regular season with an OAC contest with Otterbein University on Saturday, April 27 at 3 p.m.
