If you could choose one super power, what would it be and why?
Shapeshifting would be cool. You could adapt to any situation needed.
How did you get started in your soccer career?
I honestly don't remember. It was so long ago, I think my parents signed me up for soccer to tire me out with all the energy I had as a child.
If you could have dinner with one professional athlete (living or dead), who would it be and why?
Easily LeBron James. He is an incredible athlete, maybe the best in basketball ever, but also his mentality approaching challenges and the amount he gives back to the Cleveland/Akron community is amazing.
What is the best piece of advice you've ever received?
My high school calculus teacher told me not to let the little things affect my mood, for there will always be something with a greater purpose beyond the grade you get in classes, tests, or how you perform in a game. It put into perspective for me, how important relationships between my family, friends, teammates, coaches and everyone I interact with each day are.
What is your favorite food?
Lobster or cookie dough ice cream. It was too hard to pick just one of them.
