Garrett Mack ’13 enters his second season as the strength and conditioning and outside linebackers coach at Baldwin Wallace University in 2019.

Mack, who received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise science, returns to his alma mater after one season coaching the defensive line and linebackers at Oberlin College. While at Oberlin, his student-athletes accumulated 21 sacks, five interceptions and 10 pass breakups throughout the 2017 season.

Prior to Oberlin, Mack gained high school coaching experience across northeast Ohio. He served as the head coach at Oberlin High School for the 2016 season and made other stops at Fairview High School and Holy Name High School along the way. His various roles have included defensive coordinator, strength and conditioning coach, linebackers coach and defensive backs coach.

While at BW, Mack was a student assistant on the coaching staff during the 2013 season.

Mack attended Brunswick High School and was a member of their football program.
